We are a Northwest home based business. Our location allows us to better control expenses and offer a more competitive price. It also provides a more intimate experience for our customers and a chance to know them better. Being open on Saturdays is an advantage for our customers. And we can meet the short deadlines that you might require.
We started in 2006 with a old rotary engraver and an ancient computer that we purchased from a retiree and it all worked amazingly well. We supplied mostly contractors with their utility tags and the valve tags. They are still a large and important part of our business. And we now are able to offer them a larger variety of products.
Slowly our customer list grew as word spread of our custom work. Four years ago we purchased a laser engraver which allowed us to expand our product selection.
One of our products that give me great joy are the custom cups and tumblers. We work closely with customers to bring their vision to life on a truly unique gift for themselves or as a gift. It takes time to source the high quality products and appropriate graphics that our customers deserve.
